How to play Double Storehouse

Layout:

8 foundation piles: Build up in suit from the twos to the kings, then the aces. The two cards are dealt on these piles at the start of the game.

7 tableau piles: Build from high to low in the same suit with 7 tableau piles. If groupings of cards are in sequence, move them down in the same suit, wrapping from Ace to King as needed. If feasible, spaces are filled from the Storehouse, otherwise by any card. At the start of the game, each pile is dealt one card face-up.

Stock: Click to turn over 1 card at a time to the garbage. There are two redeals.

Waste: Top card is always accessible for play on the foundations or tableau.

Reserve: The top card is always ready for use on the foundations or the tableau. This pile gets given 19 cards at the start of the game.

Foundation:

There are eight foundation piles.

Each foundation pile is awarded a two at first.

A card may be added to a foundation pile if it is one higher than the pile's previous top card and is of the same suit. As a result, the only card that might be played on a Q of clubs is a K of clubs. There can be no more than 13 cards in a pile.

Cards cannot be taken from the foundation after they have been placed.

Tableau:

Splayed downward, four tableau piles of one card each. Every card is dealt face-up.

A card may be added to a tableau pile if it is one lower and of the same suit as the original top card of the pile. As a result, the only card that could be played on a 9 of clubs is an 8 of clubs.

Cards on the tableau that are not covered by another card are free to be played onto the foundation or any other tableau pile.

The tableau's empty places are instantly filled with a card from the storeroom. If the storehouse is empty, any card can fill any vacant spot in the tableau.

If all cards are of the same suit, groups of cards in succession from high to low may be moved from one tableau column to another.

Stock and waste:

There is one garbage pile and the remaining cards comprise the stock.

When you click on the stock, one card from the stock is dealt to the garbage. There are three trips through the stock allowed.

The top card of the trash can be played to the tableau or foundation.
