The stock turns stingier every pass: three cards, then two, then one. This Klondike twist is medium in difficulty, with just a 30% win rate.

Gold Rush Solitaire is a Klondike variant where the stock gets stingier with each pass: three cards at a time on the first go, two on the second, one on the third. Medium difficulty, 30% of games won: that's the going rate for Gold Rush. It's played with a single deck, and skill and luck both decide your odds.
Other solitaire games comparable to Solitaire include Spike, Thieves Rush, Double Gold Rush Solitaire, Aces Wild, Triple Gold Rush, Rush Left, and Worldly.

4 foundation piles: Build up from Ace to King in the same suit.
7 tableau piles: Build down by alternating color. A run of alternating colors can move together from one pile to another. A King, or a sequence led by a King, can fill an empty spot. To begin the game, one card is dealt to the first pile, two cards to the second, and so on, with the top card of each pile face-up.
Stock: Click to deal three cards to the waste on the first pass, two on the second, and one on the third. There are two redeals (three passes through the stock total).
Waste: Top card available for play on the foundations or tableau.
There are four foundation piles.
Any Ace in the foundation may be moved to an empty pile.
A card can be added to a foundation pile only if it's one rank higher and the same suit as the pile's current top card, so the only card that fits on a 6 of clubs is a 7 of clubs.
The top card of each foundation can be moved back into play if another pile will accept it.
There are seven tableau piles, with one card in the first, two in the second, three in the third, and so on. The top card in each pile is dealt face-up, and the rest face-down.
A card can be added to a tableau pile only if it's one rank lower and the opposite color of the pile's current top card, so the only cards that fit on a 4 of clubs are the 3 of hearts and 3 of diamonds.
Cards not covered by another card are free to play onto the foundation or any other tableau pile.
A King, or a sequence of cards led by a King, may fill an empty tableau spot.
A run of alternating colors can move together from one tableau pile to another.
There's a single waste pile, and the rest of the deck makes up the stock.
Click the stock to deal three cards to the waste. You get three passes through the stock in total (two redeals). Each pass deals fewer cards: three on the first, two on the second, one on the third. If the stock runs short at the end of a pass, it deals whatever is left. Between passes, the waste flips over to become a fresh stock.
The top card of the waste can be played to the tableau or foundation.
