How to play Two Cell Solitaire

Foundation:

There are four foundation piles.

Any ace in the foundation may be transferred to any vacant pile.

A card may be added to a foundation pile if it is one higher than the pile's previous top card and is of the same suit. As a result, the only card that could be played on a J of hearts is a Q of hearts.

Cards cannot be taken from the foundation after they have been placed.

Cells:

Two cells, all of which are originally empty

One card can be stored in each cell. Any available card can be played into any available cell. Cell cards can be played back to the tableau or the foundation.

Tableau:

There are eight tableau piles of cards, with the first four each having seven cards and the next four each having six cards. Every card is dealt face-up.

A card may be added to a tableau pile if it is one lower than the pile's previous top card and is of the opposing color. As a result, the cards that might be played on the 7 of spades are 6 of hearts or 6 of diamonds.

Cards on the tableau that are not covered by another card can be played onto the foundation, an empty cell, or any other tableau pile.

Any card can fill an empty slot in the tableau.
